I know what brought you here —
because I’ve walked that path too.

Perhaps you’ve been there for everyone, while quietly wondering when you’ll feel like yourself again. Perhaps something is changing, and you’re not quite sure what comes next.

You don’t have to figure it all out before we speak. We can begin with where you are.

Hello,

my Queens

I’m Ilakkiya Arun. I’m glad you’re here.

It’s easy to become so much to so many people that you stop asking what you need. A little time for yourself can start to feel like something you have to earn.

I believe your wishes deserve a place in your life, too. Through life coaching, parental coaching and shared experiences, I make room for you to pause, speak honestly and explore what feels right for you.

There’s no need to rush into a new version of yourself. Let’s get to know the woman who’s here now.

My most beloved programs

Some things are easier to talk through one-to-one. Others open up in good company, through a new perspective or a small practice you return to. Here are the spaces I’ve created for you to explore.

Masterclass

A different topic to explore in each session, with regular polls helping shape what comes next.

Harmoniq

Make room for reflection and learning through online sessions you can join from where you are.

Different parts of your life deserve care.

Alongside my programs, you can explore a personal conversation about parenting or ask about the spiritual practices that feel meaningful to you.

Parental coaching

Time to reflect on everyday parenting challenges and explore a calmer, more considered way to respond to your child.

Readings and spiritual practices

Explore Tarot, Osho Zen and Angel Card Reading, Reiki, Ho’oponopono, Face Reading and Palm Reading. Ask what each involves before choosing.

Some moments deserve a little space in our lives.

An afternoon with paints. A conversation that stays with you. Time spent in the company of women who have also chosen to be there for themselves. Take a look at our gatherings and the moments we’ve shared.

Arpana by Ilakkiya

We came together to paint pots. We made room for laughter, conversations and a little time to be ourselves.

Our next gathering isn’t listed yet. You’re welcome to get in touch and ask what’s coming up.

Words I hold close.

Reflections shared by the women who have been part of these spaces.
